Employer Insight Series

A Conversation on DEI

The Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with WorkBC Centre Salmon Arm, is launching the Employer Insight Series—a quarterly roundtable designed for local business leaders. Each session provides a collaborative and confidential space to share insights, discuss challenges, and learn from one another on topics that matter most to our organizations.

Our first session will focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)—a subject that continues to be top of mind for many leaders. This conversation will look beyond compliance to explore how organizations can build workplaces that are truly inclusive and equitable.
