The Chamber recently completed our Business Survey of the top 3 challenges businesses were facing in 2020. The results of the survey (which closed pre-COVID-19) indicated the top 3 challenges were: Labour Shortages (recruiting & retention)Marketing & PromotionRevenue Shortfalls We are asking our members and the business community to re-visit their top 3 challenges in light of the new business models we are facing in today's world. As your Voice of Business we want to ensure we are advocating and affecting change in the areas the business community has identified as being the most important.
